The Mill may not look like much in this picture. But it
is a 1969 440 .30 over Forged Pistons. 1967 Closed
Chamber Heads. A new Mopar Performance
509 Cam, lifters & Springs will be fitted. The motor will be
disassembled to the short block the proper components
will be installed so that it will look like a
100% Factory Stock 1970 440 SIX PACK.

The 440 Mill was degreased and disassembled
down to a Short Block. I removed the Stock
1967 Cam and replaced it with a New Mopar
Performance 509. A Roller Timing Chain was
installed Also.

The  Carbon on the Piston cleaned up with parts cleaner. Everything
look new except the number 1 and 6 Pistons both had some minor valve
nicks from my 7000 RPM misses in the GTX. No big deal, thank God for
Forged Piston.

New Mopar Performance Valve Springs where installed along with
new valve seals.

Final assembly was done and all of the 1970 Parts are now
in place. A fresh coat if Street Hemi Orange was applied to the Mill.

We are ready to install the Mill in the RT / SE.
