392-4V A727 Auto

Back in 2010, I needed a Plow/Dump Truck for my newly purchased Hobby Property.
My focus was on getting a 80 to early 90's Dodge Ram with a Cummins.
With most of them being priced to high and used to death, I broadened my horizon
and started looking at other brands.

Sharleen and I were driving through Meriden by Hubbard Park when
I spotted my new Plow / Dump Truck. Always being an International
Harvester Fan, I knew this would be the one.

A 1973 IH 1310 AWD Plow / Dump Truck, the 1310 started life
on the Springfield, Ohio IHC assembly plant as a Fire Brush Truck, then it was
shipped to the Stonington CT Fire Department.

After serving the fire department for many years, the 1310 was sold and converted to a Dump Truck / Plow Truck.
With only thirty thousand miles on the clock this truck wasn't even broken in.

1973, 1310 ( 1 ton) with 4WD & IHC 392 V-8 engine.
