Whoever said performance has
to be flashy
better listen up. It has always
been the consensus
that enhancing performance of
a vehicle means
losing the factory apperance.
Big hoodscoops,
headers and carburators from
a custom shop
definitely make power, but in
the realm of the
Factory Appearing Racing (SuperCar
ShootOut),
all that stuff is forbidden.
Normally
at racing events, you see slicks, or thinly
disguised slicks with a groove
or two in them
planting the power to the track.
In Factory Appearing
Racing (SuperCar
ShootOut) racing you must run the
stock tire that rolled off the
show room floor.

Some of the Sneaky Specs that
this car has are,
Racing Battery Inside Factory-Style
Battery Case,
318 Torsion Bars, Race shocks
Painted Factory Stock,
Hidden Electronic Ignition,
Stamped Steel Wheels....
In Factory Appearing Racing
(SuperCar ShootOut)
you don’t want to give away
all your secrets.
After attending the 2004
Mopar Nationals and having the
privilege of hanging out with
Tom, Dave, Joel, Pete,
Mike, Jack and the other guys
that ran in the
Year One F.A.S.T. Drags I knew
that this was
exactly the place that I wanted
to be.

This RoadRunner is equipped
with a 440+6BBL,
a 727 Torque Flight Tranny and
an 8 3/4 Rear End.
Factory Color is FK5 Burnt Orange
Metallic, w/ White
Vinyl Top & White Bucket
Seat Interior. Other
options include an N96 Air Grabber
Hood, Chrome
Exhaust Extensions, Reflective
White Tail Stripe.
