Once the rear of the car was buttoned up we moved to the front
The Front rails were cut off, Spot welds removed to ready the nose for the 10 inch altering.
You see many that build an Altered Wheelbase simply install a straight axle and call it done.
Chrysler engineers stuck with the torsion bar front suspension.
Imperial Torsion Bars were used that
are extra long. Following the Chrysler build guide,
we mocked up the torsion front and welded it all together.
